Your grout technicians were here right on time this morning. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. They worked so very hard (in a small space, with just a fan on a hot day) without a break. They left the place absolutely clean and they left behind a significantly improved bathroom. We had a wonderful experience with Sir Grout. From the initial contact with Karl who explained the process, promptly sent a quote, and scheduled us to the cleaning technician, Chris, who came and revitalized the foyer (stone) and bathroom (ceramic) floors. He also carefully explained how to maintain the grout and ceramic and stone tiles, such as cleaning them with a pH neutral solution. I've been caring for them all wrong for years.
