Very satisfied with the results! Tom came out and didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't want or need. We have white subway tile with white grout and wanted to update the look by changing the color of the grout. The result is our two bathrooms look new at a fraction of the cost of re-tiling and/or re-grouting. For anyone with a dated looking tile and grout combination, this is a cost effective way to update the look of your bathroom. Cole, the technician who did the work, was professional, courteous, prompt and didn't make a mess. Very pleased with our experience and highly endorse them. As a realtor, I will be recommending them to my clients with dated bathrooms.
Tom, the owner came promptly when the easily arranged appointment (made online) was made and was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I got an appointment right away and Chris, the tech came and was very friendly, amenable, helpful and efficient as well as punctual. I was also pleasantly surprised that a human answered on the first ring when I called the 800 customer service number. They cleaned and resealed bathroom shower tile and sink and glass doors. I would highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone looking for any kind of tile or grout cleaning/sealing.

We've had our marble tile floor cleaned by professionals in the past but was disappointed in the results... with Sir Grout I am truly impressed by how new and clean our floor looks. We should have done this years ago. And Chris was super. Money well spent!
