I give Tom and his worker 5 stars! Tom was very professional and went through all the details. No hard sell. Our mudroom tile had a film on it from mop and glow. I contacted Stanley Steamer and my original tile installer to get it off and no one could or would do it. Sir Grout managed to get all the dark film up and tile looks like new! He replaced the grout that was missing. Truly we can't remember the floors ever looking this nice! They also replaced tile missing in a bathroom, cleaned the grout, and filled in all missing grout and caulked all the seems. It looks very nice as well and much better protected from possible water damage.

Hi Tom, I would be remiss if I didn't follow up and tell you what a wonderful job Cole did on our 2 bathrooms. They look great, like new. Every detail was perfect and it's a great comfort to know that everything is sealed up and protected.

In addition, Cole is a super nice fellow and very professional, even the cat liked him (and she hates everybody). He obviously takes a lot of pride in his work and he also spent the extra time afterwards to advise us how to maintain things so the work lasts and stays looking great.

I'm very glad we decided to go ahead and have the work done by Sir Grout. If you ever need a local reference from a very satisfied customer we'd be glad to provide one.

I had a great experience with Sir Grout, and after dealing with numerous contractors the past couple of months it was such a pleasure to finally deal with one who was truly professional, stuck to his word, and delivered a fantastic product. Tom came to my house (ON TIME!) and gave me a quote that same day via email (I'm usually hounding contractors to get back to me with the quote!). He suggested I request Cole to do the work, which I did, and was not disappointed. Cole also showed up on time, did a few test spots for me on my counters and sink, then proceeded to finish the job in the 2 hour window that I was quoted it would take. I felt very comfortable having Cole in the house, being downstairs while I was working upstairs... that's not a feeling I take for granted as I don't always feel that way when I have workmen in my home. He was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job.
Great company, wonderful service, and professional employee's... would highly recommend!

Very satisfied with the results! Tom came out and didn't try to sell us anything that we didn't want or need. We have white subway tile with white grout and wanted to update the look by changing the color of the grout. The result is our two bathrooms look new at a fraction of the cost of re-tiling and/or re-grouting. For anyone with a dated looking tile and grout combination, this is a cost effective way to update the look of your bathroom. Cole, the technician who did the work, was professional, courteous, prompt and didn't make a mess. Very pleased with our experience and highly endorse them. As a realtor, I will be recommending them to my clients with dated bathrooms.

Tom, the owner came promptly when the easily arranged appointment (made online) was made and was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I got an appointment right away and Chris, the tech came and was very friendly, amenable, helpful and efficient as well as punctual. I was also pleasantly surprised that a human answered on the first ring when I called the 800 customer service number. They cleaned and resealed bathroom shower tile and sink and glass doors. I would highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone looking for any kind of tile or grout cleaning/sealing.

My wife was completely frustrated with the shower in our master bedroom. No matter how hard she tried and what she used she could never get our tile and grout clean the way she wanted it. In one visit Sir Grout changed all that and now it looks like we have a new shower. Thanks!
