We had a wonderful experience with Sir Grout. From the initial contact with Karl who explained the process, promptly sent a quote, and scheduled us to the cleaning technician, Chris, who came and revitalized the foyer (stone) and bathroom (ceramic) floors. He also carefully explained how to maintain the grout and ceramic and stone tiles, such as cleaning them with a pH neutral solution. I've been caring for them all wrong for years. I first used Sir Grout 15 years ago to restore my kitchen and bathroom floors. Work looked fantastic and has held up very well over the years. So much so that when working on a new condo, I turned to them again to improve the look of a dated, very greasy and discolored backsplash. Before and after photos show such an improvement and will look awesome with newly painted cabinets.
