Sir Grout did an excellent job on multiple projects, the biggest one being a embarrassingly discolored walk-in shower. Todd, Tony and Carl were diligent, attentive, helpful, professional and just plain nice. The job started exactly on time, a first in my experience with commercial services. We had a wonderful experience with Sir Grout. From the initial contact with Karl who explained the process, promptly sent a quote, and scheduled us to the cleaning technician, Chris, who came and revitalized the foyer (stone) and bathroom (ceramic) floors. He also carefully explained how to maintain the grout and ceramic and stone tiles, such as cleaning them with a pH neutral solution. I've been caring for them all wrong for years.
