We have used Sir Grout twice, once in our prior home as we were getting it ready for sale and once in our new place at Rivington. They performed the first job very well, replacing stained grout and re-caulking, bringing the tile back to its original look. At Rivington since the grout was not initially sealed, we had them clean and seal the shower. As a return customer, they performed the work despite the job technically being too small. The tech was great, and even made some recommendations for stone cleaning products, which we started using.
We engaged Sir Grout to strip/recaulk our two showers, restore/seal the marble top on our master bath vanity, repair some loose grout in our entry hall and clean/reseal our kitchen granite countertops. The technician did an excellent job, left the areas clean and removed all his trash. Tom Lindberg, the owner, is running a very customer focused service business and followed up to make sure we are 100% satisfied. The Scalzo Property are adding Sir Grout to the Liberty at Newtown vendor list in response to my positive feedback to them on the work completed at our unit last week.
