I used Sir Grout to revive my master bathroom marble tiles. Tom came timely to assess and gave a detailed estimate a couple days later. I was at first thinking to delay the work, but decided to proceed. Cole came a couple of weeks later. He took two days and did an amazing job cleaning my 30 year old marble floor and shower stall and fixed all the grout! I wanted a couple more spots fixed and Cole came out timely to fix the areas that needed retouching. Amazing service and would definitely recommend Sir Grout! I am sorry I procrastinated so long in making the call to have my marble stains removed and grouting replaced in all my bathrooms! The experience with Sir Grout was exceptional from beginning to end. I cannot believe how beautifully they restored my marble floors. When we purchased the home in 2016 there were horrible stains on the floors and the glossy finish was completely gone from the counter tops. After two days of their hard work all my marble looks like new!!!! The grouting has all been replaced and looks GREAT too! The technicians were friendly, professional and hard working. They did a great job!!! I have no complaints and would call Sir Grout again without hesitation should I need any further work done.
