We live in Greenwich, CT. When our bathroom needed some grout work, we shopped around a bit and talked to a few different vendors. Sir Grout was the most expensive of them all but at the same time they also seemed to be the most knowledgeable and detail-oriented. Cole articulated the entire process very well and were very transparent about what he was going to do. So we decided to give him a chance. We're so glad we made the right choice. Cole was a very courteous and very professional throughout the entire process (from survey to delivery). The quality of his work is top class and definitely justifies the high price point. Don't know about the other Sir Grout people, but I can recommend Cole 100% without any reservation. We'll definitely use him again for our other bathrooms when their time comes. He finished our bathroom beautifully. It looks brand new and we're very happy with it. We will maintain the new grout with great care and will clean it with a PH-neutral solution regularly. I expect the new grout to last at least 10 years if not more. If it doesn't, I'll be sure to come back here and revise my review!

My experience with Sir Grout was definitely five star!! My floors turned out amazing... better than I could have imagined. The whole process was so fast... very quiet... not messy... Everyone was very friendly, professional and caring. I would recommend them to anyone with complete confidence!

I am surprised by some of the bad reviews of Sir Grout. I notice that the issues evolved after some time had lapsed. I hope I do not have the same experience, because, for now, I am very pleased with everything about Sir Grout. I had received a quote to clean my large kitchen floor 4 years ago and decided not to do it at the time. When I decided that 22 years was too long to tolerate the original beige- now brown- grout on the ceramic tile floor ,without at least trying to clean it up, Sir Grout honored their quote of 4 years ago. The alternative was to replace the whole floor for 30K. Needless to say, I was relieved and continued to be as the appointment was kept to the minute, the 3 technicians polite, pleasant, and efficient. In addition, they were the most cheerful trio I had ever experienced, as they worked hard in a dirty job. The end result was a floor which is completely rejuvenated and looks brand new. I'll follow their care instructions carefully, and I hope to get another 22 years out of it. They deserve 5 stars!

Before beginning the job, he reviewed the plan with me that Tom made from the initial visit. He did an amazing job on two of my bathrooms. They both look brand new. I would highly recommend Sir Grout. From beginning to end (near-end because we're getting them back!) it was a good experience. Our shower looks better than we've ever seen it. Cole was very patient and thorough, answering many questions (sometimes more than once), and his work was superb. Price was definitely fair, too.
