Our kitchen floor (ceramic tile) was impossible to clean because of being textured. I tried to clean it on my hands and knees with straight ammonia but tired of doing that over the years. We had another cleaning company come in and deep clean it but it did not come out well.
We called Sir Grout and they came out and cleaned and sealed it. It came out perfect. I was so happy and relieved. The products they used did not smell bad and we could walk on it immediately. While they were there they also cleaned and sealed my granite kitchen countertop which came out great also.
They were all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

I called Sir Grout for help with my kitchen countertops which are a light granite and were showing signs of use. Although they did not offer the initial cleaning service needed, the tech gave me detailed info on the DIY treatment required to remove the stains. After following his directions, I scheduled an appointment for a final cleaning, polishing, sealing and re-grouting.
The results are phenomenal! Further, I had the techs acid clean and polish my marble fireplace surround which looks wonderful also I hadn't realized how dull ot had become over time. And finally, the tech cleaned and re-grouted my master bathroom shower floor and it looks great, too.
