We had Cole from Sir Grout regrout our shower a few months back and it looks amazing! When the shower was first installed years back, unfortunately it was not grouted properly and we waited as long as we could before having someone come out. We looked around and the reviews for Sir Grout were 100% positive; and, after working with them, we understood why. They were responsive and courteous over the phone and Cole was prompt, professional and kept things as neat as possible while performing the job. The shower looked brand new once completed. We were excited about the prospect of restoring our tile floors but kept our goals moderate given the condition they were in. However, Cole from Sir Grout exceeded our expectations! The floors honestly looked brand new. We look forward to having him back for our bathroom floors in the near future.
Chris and Karl did an amazing job bringing my mud room, dinette and kitchen stone floors back to looking brand new. We are absolutely thrilled with the results. They worked very hard from 8am to 2pm and were extremely friendly, polite, and professional. They also explained to me how to properly care for my floors to keep them looking so good. I plan to schedule my bathrooms next!
We had a great experience working with Tom and Cole to resurface and seal our kitchen and wet bar counters. Tom was very quick in answering all questions and setting up a virtual walk through of our home before the service.
